Horizon Japan International School seeks an experienced, dynamic, and flexible PYP Japanese Teacher to maximize student learning through the planning, preparation, and teaching of the curriculum to meet student’s individual learning needs and achieve specific student outcomes. PYP Japanese Teacher’s Responsibilities include:

Supporting the mission, vision and philosophy of the HJIS
Using a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and learning and classroom management
Using a range of assessment and reporting methods that show student’s achievement in relation to learning outcomes following IB PYP guidelines
Using flexible groupings and structured inquiry to deliver high quality lessons in line with the IB philosophy
Providing clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents

Working Hours	Working Days
8:00am – 4:30pm	Monday-Friday
